Abundant Corner Counselling provides virtual, trauma-informed therapy for women, girls, teens (12+), and families across Canada.

Our approach is culturally sensitive and trauma-informed, designed to meet the unique needs of each person in a safe and affirming environment.
What We Support
Through fully virtual, compassionate therapy we provide support for a wide range of challenges including trauma, PTSD, and abuse; anxiety, depression, and grief; issues related to racial identity and self-esteem; women’s health and life transitions; family conflict; and suicidal ideation or self-harm.
Our goal is to help you build resilience and find healing in a safe, supportive space no matter where you are.
