Abundant Corner Counselling supports adolescents, adults, and families who are ready to move from surviving to thriving after trauma and life’s challenges.

We understand that finding mental health support, including support for autistic individuals and their families, can be difficult. Waitlists are often long, and private services can be costly. We are committed to making compassionate, accessible care available to those who need it.

Our approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and neurodiversity-affirming. We support individuals and families in understanding their experiences, healing from past wounds, strengthening relationships, and creating a more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling life.
